THE EVERYDAY, MADE A LITTLE EASIER

A record that meets
you where you are.

Headlull is a migraine and symptom tracker that brings your headache logs, daily check-ins, and medication notes together.

01 / NOTICE

Start with how you feel.

Record a headache, its intensity, and when it started. Add symptoms and possible triggers when you have the energy.

02 / CHECK IN

Make space for the everyday.

Keep sleep, stress, hydration, and medication notes alongside your symptoms. Small details can be easier to recall later.

03 / LOOK BACK

See your story over time.

Browse your calendar and history. Bring your own observations to conversations with your healthcare professional.

PERSONAL, BY DESIGN

Your health story.
Your space.

Tracking should feel considered. Headlull gives you controls for the information you record and the features you choose to use.
